Major Gifts Manager at TVO

Lead major gift fundraising at TVO in Toronto, ON. As a part of the Growth division, you'll cultivate donor relationships and drive impactful revenue initiatives.

TVO Media Education Group is seeking a Major Gifts Manager to spearhead fundraising efforts. This full-time role focuses on managing a portfolio of 80-100 major gift donors, developing compelling proposals, and leading donor engagement activities. You'll work closely with the Philanthropy team to exceed ambitious targets while ensuring meaningful stewardship for our supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute major gift fundraising strategies

• Manage relationships with major gift donors over $5,000

• Identify and cultivate legacy giving opportunities

• Create impactful donor correspondence and stewardship reports

• Oversee donor recognition and engagement events

Requirements:

• 5+ years in fundraising, relationship management

• Experience with major gift donor portfolios

• Strong understanding of donor analytics and reporting

• Relevant post-secondary degree preferred

• Excellent communication skills for proposal development
