This permanent full-time role involves overseeing community outreach in east and mid-east Toronto. You will be responsible for engaging vulnerable seniors, creating training programs, and fostering partnerships with community agencies. Your work will ensure equitable access to health initiatives while contributing to program performance and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage grassroots groups delivering senior services

Requirements:
