In this full-time position based in downtown Toronto, you will oversee education-sector partner engagement and program implementation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will support program delivery by managing accounts, coordinating activities, and designing tailored outreach efforts.
Your role focuses on enhancing participant experiences and strengthening community ties for impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with education-sector partners and manage relationships
• Develop outreach strategies for diverse learning environments
• Oversee program delivery and ensure high-quality implementation
• Monitor educational outcomes and implement feedback mechanisms
• Collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of program management experience
• Background in education, social services, or nonprofit management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Familiarity with K-12 education environments
• Eligibility to work in Canada
