As a barista
, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly‑crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment where you can master your food & beverage craft, collaborate with teammates, and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way; we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.

• No previous experience required.

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with reasonable accommodation if needed

• Meet store operating policies and standards: quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security
• Engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
