In the role of Food & Beverage Server, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service at Real Sports Bar. Your work will involve ensuring responsible alcohol service, managing inventory, and engaging guests with warmth and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary food and beverage service to guests
• Ensure compliance with Smart Serve and MLSE regulations
• Prepare the bar and monitor inventory levels
• Act as a brand ambassador for Real Sports
• Adhere to health and safety policies consistently
Requirements:
• Mandatory Smart Serve certification
• Previous bussing experience is advantageous
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs comfortably
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for shifts, including holidays and weekends
