Cineplex is expanding its VIP Cinemas and seeks dynamic individuals eager for growth in the food and beverage industry. As a VIP Server, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest service standards while engaging with guests and promoting menu offerings. Your attentiveness will ensure guests feel relaxed, welcomed, and valued during their movie experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests enthusiastically in the VIP lounge
• Prepare tables and service environment for guests
• Serve food and beverages during movie screenings
• Share in-depth menu knowledge with patrons
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Smart Serve Ontario training for alcohol service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to customer service excellence
