Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

With eight beautiful and unique locations across Toronto, we continue to offer a truly authentic Italian culinary experience for all to enjoy.

We are looking for a passionate and hospitality driven Restaurant Manager to join our exceptional team of hospitality leaders at our gorgeous and historic 500 seat Terroni Adelaide location in downtown Toronto. Gruppo Terroni is the Industry leader when it comes to providing a traditional and authentic Italian culinary experience. Whether in our dining rooms or in our retail and café spaces we honour both tradition and innovation and focus on the delivery of exceptional products and experiences.

It is the Manager who not only inspires and leads the location’s FOH team to consistently meet these standards of excellence but also exceed the expectations of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years FOH leadership experience which includes Manager experience in a full service casual fine dining restaurant and will be an Industry professional who possesses a genuine passion for hospitality.

We are looking for an inspiring and self-motivated Manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and curating exceptional experiences for our guests. A passion for Italian food and culture a must, wine knowledge and/or certification a definite asset.

The Restaurant Manager brings a love of working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our guests. Reporting to the location General Manager, the Manager is a positive and communicative team player who works collaboratively to see the location succeed from both a financial perspective as well as from a guest experience perspective. With the majority of time spent maintaining a visible presence on the floor engaging with guests and supporting staff in delivering an experience that exceeds expectations, you will also perform various administrative duties as assigned by the GM.

This is a fulltime position with variable shifts that are predominantly in the evening, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum 3years Manager Experience in a Casual Fine Dining Restaurant
• Passion for Hospitality:
  Curating Exceptional Guest Experiences
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience with key operational systems such as Silverware POS, Clover, Open Table, Food Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Ameego, Optimum Control
• Experience in leading events an asset
• Wine Certification (WSET, etc) an asset
• Working knowledge of Italian Language, Food & Culture an asset
