Reporting to the Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include quickly bussing tables, delivering orders, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You will play a vital part in fostering a positive atmosphere and assisting your team in providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reset tables promptly after guests leave
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth
• Keep dining and restroom areas clean
• Communicate special guest needs to staff
Requirements:
• Experience in bar or restaurant settings
• Excellent customer service communication skills
• Smart serve certification required
• Availability for breakfast and dinner shifts
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
