Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen dishes and utensils

• Polish silverware using designated cleaning procedures

• Maintain all kitchen areas to safety standards

• Wash food prep surfaces, including meat blocks

• Assist with supply transfer between work areas

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate

• Previous dishwashing experience is helpful

• Experience with industrial washing machines preferred

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Physical ability to accomplish job responsibilities
