Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender with a passion for Mexican food and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mixology, specifically in crafting and shaking cocktails, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

We take pride in making everything from scratch, including our vibrant triple sec, infusions, and syrups, all freshly prepared each day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including traditional Mexican cocktails such as Margaritas, Palomas, and Micheladas.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as responsible beverage service guidelines.
- Ability to follow guidelines and recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist with opening and closing duties, particularly on weekends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bartender, with the ability to make cocktails.
- Knowledge of traditional Mexican beverages and food (is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open availability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
