Barista

We're seeking an experienced Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and hospitality at House of McGrath. You'll prepare high-quality beverages while supporting front-of-house service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. Perfect for hospitality professionals with strong barista skills and previous experience as a server, busser, or hostess.

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and other menu items with consistency and attention to quality.
• Provide warm, attentive guest service while taking orders and responding to guest requests.
• Support front-of-house operations, including serving, bussing, seating guests, and maintaining smooth service during peak times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, service areas, and guest spaces.
• Restock supplies and ensure the bar is prepared for efficient daily service.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to create a seamless guest experience.
• Follow health/safety protocols and assist with opening/closing duties.

• 1+ years of professional barista experience.
• Previous experience as a server, busser, hostess, or in a similar front-of-house restaurant role.
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee service.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support different areas of service as needed.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.
