As a key part of the SSP Canada family, the Food Service Associate must prioritize guest experiences by efficiently managing orders and maintaining kitchen standards. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills along with the ability to work during flexible hours. This role also includes a comprehensive benefits package after one year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide exemplary service
• Prepare food and manage kitchen setup daily
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Manage cash transactions and process payments
• Properly handle and store food products
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a food service role
• Smart Serve certification is an asset
• High school diploma preferred
• Effective communication in English, French is a plus
• Basic math skills for transaction management
