You will play a crucial role in organizing kitchen activities, ensuring sanitation, and assisting in training. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fine dining meals according to recipes

• Oversee daily kitchen prep and meal service

• Ensure inventory is managed and reported

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

• Support training of kitchen team members

Requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant cooking experience

• Culinary diploma/degree is advantageous

• Strong understanding of food safety practices
