Position:
Busser / Polisher Department: FOH - Buca Responsibilities. Polish all glassware, cutlery, plates and utensils required for service. Work closely with all staff including dishwasher, servers and food runners to ensure a smooth service. Run all polished items onto restaurant floor and restock during service. Keep the back area clean, stocked and ready to use and regualary check guest washrooms for refils and cleanliness.
Other duties apply. Weekends required.
