Your Role Reporting to the Executive Chef;

Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is currently recruiting for aFull-Time Assistant Cook! In this role, you will:

Prepare and cook menu items for restaurant and banquet service in accordance with BEOs, prep lists, and established quality standards.
Support assigned kitchen stations during prep and service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for efficient operation.
Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
Monitor food quality, including taste, temperature, freshness, and presentation, ensuring all items meet culinary standards.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure timely service, effective communication, and smooth kitchen operations.
