The SPORT Gallery and Arena Coffee Bar is looking for an experienced barista to join our team for the most wonderful time of year: the Distillery District Winter Village! As a lead barista, you'll be managing the coffee bar, working alongside our SPORT Gallery team. You'll be making Pilot Coffee Roasters handcrafted espresso beverages and hot chocolates.
ARENA Coffee Bar is a specialty coffee bar located inside The SPORT Gallery, a haven for existing sports fans, and a place where yet-to-be-fans can learn and gain an appreciation for the history and art of sport.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as a barista
Calm under pressure and able to efficiently make multiple drinks at a time
Extremely tidy, with a clean-as-you-go work style
Hard-working, punctual, team-player
Must be Smart Serve certified
Schedule
This is a seasonal role that starts immediately and goes until the first week of January.
Must be able to work 5 days per week (inlcuding weekend days)
Must be able to work evenings (til 9:15pm Sun-Thur, and 10:15pm Fridays and Saturday).
There is a potential for extension beyond the initial term.
