• Maintain organized station, prepping and storing mise en place

• Follow food safety protocols for clean and efficient work

• Aid in receiving and storing deliveries while ensuring quality

• Collaborate on daily operations, enhancing kitchen service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens

• Passion for culinary arts with a unique twist

• Knowledge of food safety standards

• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
