Dietary Aide Long Term Care

Support senior residents through dietary services as a Dietary Aide at Fountain View Community in Toronto, using meal preparation and food safety skills. This temporary full-time opportunity centers on compassionate resident support.

At Sienna Senior Living’s Fountain View Community-Northyork, you will contribute to Long Term Care services. The work includes preparing and serving meals, following diets and preferences, and maintaining sanitized dining spaces. You will communicate with residents and staff while supporting comfort, dignity, and respect.

• Assist with preparing and serving resident meals
• Follow residents’ diets and food preferences
• Take menu orders from residents
• Set, clear, and sanitize dining room tables
• Follow proper food handling techniques

• Hold or obtain a valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
• Provide compassionate support for seniors
• Demonstrate detail orientation and customer service skills
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Meet applicable screening and Canadian work eligibility requirements
