We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team at Gia Restaurant. We are a casual fine dining Italian restaurant dedicated to delivering warm, high-quality vegetarian dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare cocktails, wine, and other beverages according to menu standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Guide guests through their meal, accommodating dietary preferences and special requests
- Keep bar and dining areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Prior server and bartender experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
