What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of bartending experience
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the bar team during service
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation
- Ensure the bar is properly stocked, organized, and clean
- Train and coach bartenders
- Help manage service flow and bar operations
- Monitor guest experience and service standards
- Assist management with inventory and beverage controls
