We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Achievers and launch their sales career! If you are entrepreneurial, a self‑starter, and are excited about prospecting Fortune 500 companies – this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:- Running your own business with full autonomy to control your sales strategy.
- Connecting with HR leaders in large enterprise companies via phone, email, or social media to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for the Account Executive.
- Collaborating with your team and Account Executives on how to prospect in fresh and innovative ways.
- Getting creative and designing targeted campaigns to reach out to prospects in your territory.
- Using sales productivity tools – Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, Vidyard, Sales Navigator, and more.
- Developing your sales skills – we spend as much time developing your career as we do booking meetings.
- Building a positive team spirit – recognizing your peers for being awesome.
- Post‑secondary education (or equivalent experience).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic.
- Clear and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
