Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100 outbound calls per day to qualified leads using Hub Spot CRM.
  • Qualify leads and transition them to Account Executives to drive sales growth.
  • Identify prospect pain points, challenge the lead, handle objections, and set expectations for further engagement.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in Hub Spot with accuracy and timeliness.
About the Candidate

Skills, attributes, and responsibilities.

We Are Looking For a Candidate Who Can:
  • Transition qualified leads from your pipeline to an Account Executive pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process.
  • Be a results‑driven problem solver with a passion for building relationships, challenging leads, and closing deals.
  • Have strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Analyze current workflows and develop process changes to improve sourcing.
  • Use prospecting tools and social platforms to interact with and target new prospects.
Must Haves
  • Experience in SaaS or startups; feel right at home in a fast‑paced environment.
  • 6 months of experience making 100 cold calls per day.
  • Experience with our tech stack:
    Hub Spot, Linked In, Zoom, Google Workspace.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic and contextual thinker who can manage competing priorities.
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Organized, diligent, and coachable team player.
Nice to Have
  • Proficiency and competence in working out of a CRM.
  • Outbound sales experience.
  • Resilient attitude, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Build a sales funnel.
  • Exceeds the 100 cold calls per day.
