Viz is a modern online tutoring platform for K–12 students in Ontario. We offer both on-demand and scheduled tutoring, so families can get support when they need it, in the way that works best for them.

We’re looking for a Sales & Strategic Partnerships professional to help grow Viz through outbound outreach, relationship-building, and partnership development
. This is a community-based role that’s perfect for someone who’s confident starting conversations, thinking strategically, and turning connections into meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities across Ontario
- Proactively reach out to relevant organizations and decision-makers (email, phone, Linked In, and in-person as needed)
- Create and execute structured outreach and follow-up processes
- Present Viz clearly and professionally, moving opportunities toward partnership or conversion
- Maintain organized records of outreach activity, next steps, and partnership pipelines
- Support sales conversations as needed, with a primary focus on partnerships
- Initiate community-based partnerships and events that target children and parents
- Develop partnership ideas aligned with user acquisition and retention goals
- Proven experience in sales and partnerships, including successfully closing partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups (and not afraid to “start the conversation”)
- Strategic and creative thinker, able to develop partnership ideas, not just execute scripts
- Able to think outside the box when building targeting strategies and outreach angles
- Highly organized, self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Bonus: Experience working with parents/children, or a background in education
- Bonus: Strong existing community-based network in Ontario
