We build and scale digital subscription products using data-driven performance marketing, paid social, and high-volume creative production. Our North America team is rapidly growing and expanding our sales infrastructure — and this role will be a key part of that growth.

We are looking for a Sales Operations & Development Specialist — a hybrid role combining operational sales support, pipeline development, and lead generation.
This position is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys working behind the scenes to help the sales team run efficiently
Is strong in data research, lead sourcing, AI tools, and process optimization
Wants a path that can grow into Sales Operations or full-cycle Sales, depending on performance and preference
Can support initiatives across Medicare, inbound generation, sales reporting, and new revenue tools
This is an essential early hire for the CC US sales engine. We are looking for someone who wants to grow quickly and take ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations (50%)Manage and optimize CRM workflows, pipeline accuracy, and lead routing
Build, clean, and maintain targeted prospect lists
Conduct data scraping, enrichment, and audience segmentation
Test and implement AI-powered tools to increase inbound and outbound efficiency
Monitor performance of automation tools and report results
Support internal reporting, including weekly KPIs, funnel analysis, and revenue-impact dashboards
Assist in operational support for specific verticals (for example, Medicare) as opportunities arise
Generate qualified leads through research, cold outreach, and targeted prospecting
Conduct initial discovery conversations and hand off qualified opportunities
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify new market segments
Manage outreach sequences and messaging across email, Linked In, and AI-assisted tools
Support inbound lead qualification and follow-up
Experience in pipeline development, lead sourcing, or SDR-type roles
Strong proficiency with data scraping, prospecting tools, or AI lead-generation solutions
Analytical mindset with the ability to report on tool performance and effectiveness
Ability to work independently with speed and ownership
Strong written communication and research skills
Interest in a hybrid role that blends operations and sales development
CRM experience (Hub Spot preferred)
Knowledge of Medicare or regulated verticals (not required)
Experience testing automation tools or building lightweight workflows
Exposure to performance marketing, lead generation, or subscription products
