$36,000.00/yr - $/yr
$72k to $120k OTE / Meaningful performance based upside / Remote in North America (PST - EST time zone range)
Initially you will be a BDR focused on closing between 10 to 20 calls per month. Ideally you will transition to run the full motion from outbound to close. You will work directly with the founder, influence the strategy, and build a repeatable revenue engine.
What You Will Do
Build and run the outbound motion from scratch
Create targeted account lists and ICPs across SaaS, fintech, and AI
Craft messaging, outreach sequences, and talk tracks for multi‑channel outbound
Book meetings, run discovery, qualify, and build the business case
Close new clients and own the full sales cycle
Validate and iterate on our offer, positioning, and pricing
Partner with the founder and marketing to turn content demand into pipeline
Build a predictable monthly revenue engine with clear reporting and forecasting
What Great Looks Like
Consistent new ARR closed each quarter
3x to 5x qualified pipeline coverage at all times
5 to 10 first meetings per week with targeted founders
4 to 6 opportunities advanced to closed won per month
Forecast accuracy within 10 percent
Fast time from first meeting to close
Ideal Experience
2 to 5 years selling B2B services or SaaS to US‑based founders or C‑level
Strong outbound background and comfortable operating without inherited pipeline
Proven ability to build pipeline from zero
Experienced with simple forecasting, spreadsheets and CRM management
Native English, clear communicator and strong at writing
High urgency, ownership, and precision
