Overview

We’re Hiring:
Territory Account Manager (In-Office | Scarborough, ON)

Wireless Xplosion Ltd is expanding and looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our team at our Scarborough office. We are a Canadian distributor of mobile phone accessories, working primarily with independent wireless dealers across Canada, as well as carriers and select big-box retailers.

About the Role

This is an in-office account management and sales role focused on building relationships, managing existing customers, and developing new accounts. You’ll be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, order support, and growing dealer sales month over month.

You will be selling branded accessory lines:

  • Caseco
  • Mighty Mount
  • Rockstone Audio
  • Razer

Product categories include mobile phone cases, chargers, cables, Bluetooth accessories, mounts, gaming accessories, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily calls to existing and new customers
  • Manage relationships with independent wireless dealers nationwide
  • Present products, pricing, promotions, and new launches
  • Drive reorders and account growth
  • Prospect and onboard new dealer accounts
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call notes
  • Use Shopify Plus CRM to manage accounts, orders, and follow-ups
  • Meet monthly sales quotas and performance targets
  • Work closely with internal sales and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in consumer electronics or wireless accessories
  • Experience selling to retailers, dealers, or B2B customers
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales and account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-up
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Shopify Plus experience is a strong asset)
  • Able to work full-time from our Scarborough office
  • Preference for candidates located in or near Scarborough
Position Details & Benefits

  • Salary Plus commission
