Position OverviewWe are seeking a Client Finder & Sales Negotiator to identify qualified buyers and/or suppliers and negotiate commercial terms for international trade transactions. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals with strong networks, negotiation skills, and experience in B2B or commodities trading.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and introduce qualified buyers and/or suppliers for Tradea’s product portfolio
- Initiate and manage commercial discussions with potential clients
- Support price, quantity, and contract negotiations in coordination with Tradea
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality at all times
- Facilitate deal progression until contract execution
- 10% commission on successfully closed and executed transactions
- Commission paid per deal, based on Tradea’s net margin
- No cap on earnings
- Proven experience in sales, sourcing, brokerage, or international trade
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Existing network in commodities, agriculture, fertilizers, or bulk trade (preferred)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
