We are hiring independent, commission-based Sales Representatives to acquire new Canadian clients.
This role is fully remote with uncapped earnings and long-term partnership potential.
Services You Will Sell- Staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Offshore and nearshore outsourcing services.
- Virtual Assistants and Administrative Support.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping professionals.
- Recruitment and HR support services.
- Customer Support and Back-Office Solutions.
- Medical Billing and Software Solutions.
- Identify and prospect Canadian businesses that require staffing or outsourcing solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Present Appoint Staffing services in a clear, value-driven manner.
- Understand client pain points and recommend tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate and close service agreements independently.
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM or tracking tools.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Experience selling services is preferred.
- Canadian market exposure is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Access to phone, internet, and basic sales tools.
- Recruitment or staffing sales reps.
- Consultants with business networks in Canada.

This role is strictly an Independent Contractor position. No employee benefits or fixed salary are provided. Contractors manage their own taxes and compliance.
Compensation Structure- 50% commission on every closed deal.
