- Uphold all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards required by RECO
- Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO
- Experience level ranging from established to growth‑focused (compensation aligned accordingly)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to collaborate
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A desire to grow within a structured, professional, and forward‑thinking brokerage
- Commission structure based on experience and production

- Brand, marketing, and operational support
