Responsibilities
  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions across Ontario
  • Leverage TAG’s integrated services to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Actively engage with TAG’s internal teams to identify opportunities and solve challenges
  • Build and manage your own client pipeline using TAG’s tools, products, and support
  • Uphold all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards required by RECO
Who We’re Looking For
  • Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO
  • Experience level ranging from established to growth‑focused (compensation aligned accordingly)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to collaborate
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A desire to grow within a structured, professional, and forward‑thinking brokerage
