Overview

Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations and more people. Dyson launched in Canada in 2006 with our headquarters in Toronto, where we’ve been recognized as one of the top employers to work for. We’ve expanded across many teams, from digital and direct, to field sales, and our growing number of Dyson Demo stores.

We are committed to our campus culture and want people collaborating, developing, and learning from each other.

About The Role

As Associate Manager, Ecommerce Trading, you will execute and optimize all aspects of online commercial trading to deliver revenue growth. This hands-on role directly drives day-to-day site trading across products, content, promotions, and performance improvement. You will ensure products, pricing, and promotional activity go live on time and function seamlessly to maximize conversion, average order value (AOV), and revenue. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and IT, you will enable operational excellence, execute campaigns, and manage onsite experiences.

You are accountable for smooth, accurate, and timely commercial execution across the ecommerce channel.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of onsite trading across all categories (FC, EC, PC, S&A, X-cat) to consistently deliver conversion, AOV, and revenue targets.
  • Support the trading calendar across its build and updates in line with brand, merchandising, and marketing priorities.
  • Use real-time sales and customer analytics to identify and implement trading opportunities.
  • Audit and update key onsite locations, including homepage, product detail pages (PDP), product listing pages (PLP), store pages and navigation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Execute campaigns, launches, discounts, bundles, and inventory tracking to support daily sales and promotional goals.
  • Deliver tactical onsite changes: implement product sequencing, badging, and storytelling to drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to activate compelling onsite experiences and ensure correct content is live.
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey—apply insights to improve product discoverability, site engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Plan and deliver promotional activities (sales, launches, markdowns), ensuring flawless execution, QA, and timely reporting.
  • Champion execution during key commercial moments (e.g., BFCM, Boxing Day) through proactive planning, operational readiness, and rapid response.
  • Support the B-grade calendar and execution—manage product launches, inventory, and market event rollouts.
  • Continuously improve site search functionality based on market data and customer trends.
  • Use analytics and heat mapping tools to pinpoint and address conversion drop-offs.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years’ experience in ecommerce trading, merchandising or site operations.
  • Strong commercial execution track record, driving ecommerce revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to turn data insights into operational actions.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms is a must (Shopify, Salesforce, AEM, Magento, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills; skilled with reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or DTC retail is preferred.
  • High competence in fast-paced, dynamic teams, delivering tangible results.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools, A/B testing, site search, and personalization is a plus.

Compensation: $76,000-$95,000 annually + bonus opportunity
