Sales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for marine navigation, communication, and security systems, including:
- Radar, ECDIS, GPS/GNSS
- AIS, VDR, GMDSS
- CCTV, access control, intrusion detection
- Vessel tracking and monitoring systems
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to ship owners, fleet managers, shipyards, and port authorities.
Customer & Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including vessel operators, marine consultants, and government entities.
Understand customer operational and compliance requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Manage existing accounts while expanding business through cross‑selling and upselling.
Technical & Solution SupportWork closely with engineering and service teams to design and propose customized solutions.
Support pre‑sales activities including site surveys, technical clarifications, and proposal development.
Ensure solutions meet relevant IMO, SOLAS, IEC, and class society standards.
Commercial & Tender ManagementPrepare quotations, technical‑commercial proposals, and respond to RFQs/RFPs.
Participate in tender submissions and negotiations.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Market & Product KnowledgeStay updated on marine industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.
Provide market feedback to product management and leadership teams.
Represent the company at marine exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.

- Timely and accurate proposal submissions
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Marine certifications or OEM training will be an advantage
- Proven sales experience in marine navigation, communication, or security systems
- Strong understanding of shipboard systems and marine operational environments
- Experience working with ship owners, shipyards, offshore operators, or ports
- Good knowledge of marine electronics and security solutions
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with IMO, SOLAS, and class regulations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team
