About the Role

Tap Mango is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, consistency, and leverage to our growing revenue organization. As we continue to scale our mid-market and multi-location sales motion, this role will play a critical part in how we sell, how we train, and how our teams perform.

This is a build-and-fix role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growing environments and enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our sellers have the right processes, messaging, tools, and training to win.

This position is hybrid (Toronto) 2 days in our office located at Yonge and Sheppard.

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to build the systems, content, and playbooks that make our revenue team faster, smarter, and more effective. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops and owns how our CRM, collateral, digital GTM, and sales processes work together to drive overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize CRM setup to improve funnel visibility, reporting, and sales execution
  • Build sales collateral by vertical, including case studies, branded demos, ROI calculators, and pitch assets
  • Create and manage prospect email journeys and nurture sequences within the CRM
  • Develop white papers, clickable assets, and educational content to support the sales cycle
  • Improve and manage the sales tech stack to enable more seamless pipeline and deal management
  • Own the social and digital outreach including Meta, Linkedin, landing page creation, and search optimization to power and accelerate demand generation.
  • Devise targeted campaigns to assist with sales outreach to mid market QSRs and targeted retail merchants.
  • Create industry-specific sales playbooks and loyalty success frameworks using CLMP training and vertical expertise
  • Enable the revenue team to consult more effectively with prospects and clients

  • What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related role
  • Strong hands-on experience owning and optimizing a CRM (e.g. Hub Spot, Salesforce), including reporting, automation, and lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to build sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators, playbooks, and vertical-specific messaging
  • Experience creating and managing email journeys, nurture campaigns, and outbound support within a CRM or marketing automation platform
  • Solid understanding of sales tech stacks and how tools work together across the funnel (CRM, email, data, enablement, analytics)
  • Comfortable owning digital GTM initiatives including paid social, Linked In, landing pages, and basic search optimization
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams and translating real sales needs into tools, content, and processes that actually get used
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and move from strategy to execution quickly
  • Clear, practical communicator who can align Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops around shared goals
  • Bonus: experience in QSR, retail, loyalty, or verticalized B2B SaaS environments
