Sales Development Representative

You’ll be “running your own business” with full autonomy to control your sales strategy. You’re core responsibility is to connect (over phone/email) with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for your Account Executive.
You will be working with a collaborative team based out of our brand-new office in Liberty Village (Toronto) with the ability to work remotely part of your workweek. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition (it’s what we do).

Our sales roles follow a defined commission structure that rewards your performance. For this role, the compensation plan follows a 60/40 split for base and commission earnings. The range for the base portion of this role is $45,000 - $50,000 and it reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on current market data. The final offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, and any relevant certifications.
As with all market-based ranges, these numbers may evolve over time, but we’re committed to providing a fair and competitive offer based on what you bring to the team.
