We currently partner with TELUS to offer residential sales opportunities across the GTA, helping customers upgrade their home services through direct, relationship-based outreach.

Arcera partners with well-known brands to drive sales growth through face-to-face interactions and personalized customer engagement. You’ll learn proven sales processes in your first week, to close 2+ customers to build early success

We act as an extension of our clients  marketing teams, ensuring a strong brand presence. You’ll have the opportunity to represent our brand at exciting events like the CNE, sporting events, and trade shows. These events give you the chance to engage with a wide range of customers

and make an impact in a dynamic, high-energy setting.

✔ High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).

✔ Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing for 0-3 years.

✔ Strong communication skills – ability to engage with customers and build relationships.

✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented – thrives in a performance-based environment.
