The Sr. Solutions Specialist is a pivotal role focused on growing new revenue for Croesus within an assigned set of prospective client accounts. In this role you will be a key partner to strategic prospects and customers, guiding them through discovery, evaluation, and adoption of Croesus solutions. You’ll work with your Sales colleagues to quickly understand client business goals, identify the levers that drive outcomes, and position Croesus solutions in a way that is clear, compelling, and commercially aligned.
You’ll lead technical and operational conversations that surface real needs and, working with our Product team, turn them into solutions that directly enable revenue growth opportunities. Your ability to influence decision-making, remove technical blockers, and build trust with both technical and executive stakeholders will be central to your success in this role.
You will also play a critical role internally. Your field insights will inform product direction and help sharpen go-to-market strategy. You’ll help maintain tight coordination with Sales, Product, and Marketing so every client opportunity moves with alignment and delivers real client benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical partner to the Sales team, bringing deep product expertise and strategic guidance to customer conversations. Master and sell Croesus's cutting-edge solutions and services, emphasizing added value for clients.
- Establish and build client relationships. Define and recommend Croesus solutions that address both stated and unstated customer needs while aligning with business goals and decision criteria across a wide range of Enterprise accounts.
- In partnership with Sales colleagues, engage with clients to win new business within an assigned territory. Achieve / exceed assigned quota
- Define where and how Croesus solutions fit within our clients’ broader wealth management technology environment. Identify potential partnerships and integrations to improve client value and extend Croesus capabilities
- Improve sales success by coaching Sales colleagues on product capabilities, competitive positioning, and technical value, ensuring our messaging resonates with customer challenges and use cases
- Lead technical discovery, evaluations, demos, and education sessions that help customers understand Croesus solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales on product readiness, customer feedback, and technical insights that support go-to-market execution and deal success
Reporting to: Vice-President, Business Development, North America
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Broad experience (8-10+ years) in a technical role, with strong preference for candidates with prior wealth management operations experience
- Strong product skills and technical acumen
- Demonstrated sales and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
