** To join CLEAResult Canada as the Director of Sales & Outreach. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of the Canadian Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Portfolio, you will lead our Canadian sales & outreach team to drive growth and participation across CLEAResult's energy efficiency programs nationwide. This role oversees a team of 25-30 technical sales professionals, setting strategic direction, monitoring market trends, and building strong pipelines to achieve and exceed client targets.

The Director will act as the regional subject matter expert, representing our products, solutions, and industries while influencing key client decisions.

Success in this role requires both visionary leadership and hands-on expertise—developing outreach strategies, strengthening industry partnerships, and ensuring teams are equipped with the tools, training, and methodologies to perform at the highest level. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in business development and technical sales, proven leadership in the energy sector, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers are essential.
