Position: Senior Sales Executive (Outbound)
  • Precious Metals | High-Net-Worth & Institutional Clients
  • Downtown Toronto (In-Office with light travel)
  • $80-90k base + uncapped commission - OTE - up to $170k (yr 1-2)
  • We are retained on a confidential search for a senior, hands-on sales professional who still enjoys being in front of clients, driving new business, and owning outcomes. This is a desk management role, and it is for someone looking to step away from selling.

    This role tends to attract sales professionals who:

  • are strong producers but feel capped, constrained, or boxed in by their current platform
  • are in commission-driven or grid-based environments and want clearer alignment between effort and earnings
  • are comfortable selling to financially sophisticated / HNW clients
  • prefer real conversations and real assets over hype-driven products

    What you’ll actually be doing

  • Driving net new client acquisition through outbound activity, relationship-building, referrals, events, and re-engagement of dormant accounts
  • Managing and growing your own book of business end-to-end
  • Spending ~
    85% of your time selling and ~15% coaching or supporting a small team by example
  • Working closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to convert demand into revenue
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel required)
  • Success here comes from effort, judgment, and says-to-yes conversations

  • Strong financial markets literacy (CSC preferred but not required)
  • Financial literacy and credibility with sophisticated clients
  • Comfort with outbound selling, and relationship building
  • Proven ability to sell, not just talk about selling
  • Comfort operating without guardrails
  • Hunger, resilience, and personal ownership
  • Credentials are helpful, but production mindset matters more
