We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive with strong experience in ERP sales, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to support our growth in Ontario and across Canada. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in complex, consultative sales cycles and who can act as a trusted advisor to organizations undergoing digital transformation.
The position is fully remote, based in Ontario (preferably the Greater Toronto Area) and primarily serves an English-speaking client base. French is considered a strong asset, enabling effective collaboration with our Montreal-based headquarters.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through active prospecting (outbound)
- Qualifying and managing marketing-generated leads (inbound)
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of SMB and mid-market ERP opportunities
- Understanding client business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach
- Leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Presenting and demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions
- Preparing, drafting, and presenting detailed business proposals
- Negotiating contract terms and successfully closing deals
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support reliable sales forecasting
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related activities within your territory
- Developing strong relationships with clients and partners through networking and industry events
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and delivery) to ensure customer success
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional who enjoys challenges and creating value for clients. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or has equivalent relevant work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in ERP or enterprise software solutions.
- Solid understanding of business processes across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, finance, and professional services.
- Ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Working knowledge of French (a strong asset).
- Curiosity and constantly seeking innovative ways to achieve goals.
- Strong social and negotiation skills, with an ability to build trust quickly.
- Autonomy, self-drive, and eager to thrive.
- Proficiency with M365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & CRM).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car (occasional travel may be required).
- Knowledge of the manufacturing & distribution industry (strong asset).
