Inside Sales Representative​/Product Specialist; HVAC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Kepler Canada is a growing HVAC manufacturer expanding our dealer network across Ontario and Canada. We are hiring two Inside Sales / Account Management Representatives to support contractors, distributors, and channel partners with quoting, account support, and order coordination.

This role is ideal for candidates with HVAC distributor, wholesaler, or contractor-facing inside sales experience who enjoy managing accounts, supporting customers, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

• Prepare quotes and support dealers with pricing, orders, and product availability
• Manage daily communication with contractor and distributor accounts
• Coordinate orders with warehouse, operations, and outside sales teams
• Track quotes and follow up with customers to support account growth
• Assist with account management activities and maintain strong partner relationships

• HVAC industry experience or inside sales / account management experience in a product-based environment
• Distributor or wholesaler experience is a strong asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self motivated and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
