• Actively manage an assigned portfolio of potential and existing mortgage clients from application to renewal.
• Guide clients through the fulfillment process, communicate required documents and updates, and set expectations.
• Cross-sell Tangerine products and services; achieve monthly mortgage sales targets.
• Act as a resource on mortgage policies and procedures to manage the bank's risk.
• Maintain quality service standards and apply a "one and done" approach where possible.
• Coordinate with Underwriting to ensure documents are complete and validated.
• Contribute in team meetings with ideas and suggestions.
• Meet customer service levels for emails, calls, and faxes.
• Ongoing mortgage training and development.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  University or college degree in business is an asset; sales experience required;
  Underwriting and fulfillment experience preferred.
• Knowledge:
  Knowledge of Tangerine products, policies, and mortgage guidelines; mortgage product knowledge in general.
• Technical:
  Fluent in English and French; computer literacy and Microsoft Office.
• Abilities:
  Ability to build relationships at all levels.
