Support research sales representatives by providing technical safety expertise, product recommendations, and application guidanceBuild and maintain strong relationships across customer accounts; identify new contacts to expand reach and uncover opportunitiesDevelop and execute territory sales strategies; maintain a solid pipeline to meet or exceed sales targetsConduct hazard assessments, recommend safety products, and deliver product training to customer teamsMonitor competitor and industry activity; track new products and incorporate insights into territory plansManage pricing within the territory to ensure profitabilityMaintain accurate territory records, reports, and CRM dataAdvise customers on supply trends, pricing, and inventory considerationsRepresent Thermo Fisher Scientific professionally across all customer interactionsEducation
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in safety, EH&S, commerce, business administration, science or engineering.Experience
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in safety or controlled-environment products, or relevant industry experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of safety and cleanroom standards is an assetStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficient with CRM platforms such as SalesforceAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesBackground in pharmaceutical or scientific environments preferredWillingness to travel for customer visitsDemonstrates Thermo Fisher Scientific’s values:

Compensation
The salary range estimated for this position based in Canada is $66,–$89,
