Role Summary
The Sales Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. You will be responsible for providing high‑level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. If you have a passion for customer service, a sales‑oriented background, and a drive for creating long‑lasting customer relationships, then this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand their needs.

Respond to client concerns and questions.

Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.

Build strong relationships with clients.

Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1-3 Years in a sales background.

Valid OMVIC certification.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Experience in luxury vehicle sales or the sale of other luxury products/services.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.

Self‑motivated with excellent work ethic.

Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.

Loves a fast‑paced environment.

Computer skills and understanding of technology.

Experience with PBS software considered an asset.

Working in Sales Department.

Compensation

Expected compensation range: $80,

The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This compensation encompasses commission, non‑discretionary performance bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
