Business Development – Performance Marketing Apply Now   Job Type:  Remote

Role Type:  Full-Time, Permanent

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM (in your timezone, flexible hours)
Pay:  Commission-Based Pay
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Develop strong relationships with potential clients and understand their marketing needs.
Present AdPulse Global’s digital marketing services effectively and persuasively.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Stay informed about digital marketing trends to better serve prospective clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
High school diploma required; higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
