Franchise Development Specialist

Start: ASAP | $50K Base + Commission (OTE $75 - 90K+)

At Blitz Franchise, we help emerging franchisors scale by connecting them with the right franchisees. As a Franchise Development Specialist, you’ll help entrepreneurs across Canada take the leap into business ownership.

You’ll work directly with brands we represent, guiding qualified leads through the franchise discovery process and helping close deals that create real impact.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the GTA.

• Engage with prospective franchisees via phone, Zoom & email
• Qualify leads & match them with the right franchise opportunity
• Guide candidates through the discovery & onboarding process
• Collaborate with Blitz & our brand partners to hit franchise growth goals
• Manage your pipeline using a CRM (we’ll train you!)
• Contribute to sales strategy, messaging & lead generation ideas

• Have 1-3 years in sales, or franchising or business development experience
• Are coachable, organized & goal-driven
• Communicate with clarity and confidence
• Thrive in fast-moving, growth-focused environments
• Have CRM experience (nice to have)

• $50K base salary + commission on signed franchise deals. (OTE): $75 - 90K+
