Role OverviewThe Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep is responsible for generating Brenlo revenue by successfully processing orders and quotation requests from existing accounts and potential new customers received by telephone, email, social media or walk-in. As well as supporting assigned OSR requirements.
Primary Responsibilities- Receives orders and quotation inquiries by phone, Email and fax from both existing accounts and new customers.
- Acts as product expert and clarifies the details of the request and provides product information, estimates and potential alternatives and solutions to close the sale.
- Confirms product availability, details, specifications and delivery dates with Production Manager, logistics department and/or others to confirm the final quote and/or sales order details.
- Tracks progress of order to ensure that Brenlo is meeting customer expectations.
- Resolves customer complaints regarding delivery and quality with production and shipping personnel. Escalates difficult customer problems to management as needed.
- Follows-up with their customers/accounts to ensure that they are satisfied.
- Maintains close contact with customers and answers relevant questions.
- Understands customers’ specific preferences and needs – sends samples and literature to customers to advance the request
- Actively pursues new business via cold calling
- Teamwork - Works responsively and collaboratively with teammates;
Shares information in a timely manner;
Works with others to resolve outstanding issues.
