Pre-construction Real Estate Sales Representative. We are looking for a driven Pre-construction Real Estate Sales Rep. We aim to expand our Pre-Construction division and seek individuals who enjoy condominiums and pre-construction development. If you are a team player who wants to grow your business, we offer platinum accessibility to Pre-construction tasks across Ontario.

• Advise financiers, customers & clients through the brand-new home acquiring process.
• Achieve sales and required follow-up; close sales for new homes to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay focused and devoted to business development.

• Be a certified Real Estate Agent via RECO in good standing.
• Previous experience with pre-construction homes and condominiums.
• Current sales experience in new construction properties and condominiums.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a group; able to work under stress.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to operate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent social and communication abilities; customer-focused and dedicated to providing high-quality service.
• Professional demeanor with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Power, interest, and drive to succeed in the sector.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.
