Appointment Setter

We are a fast-growing company and looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers to generate sales leads. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to buy our products and services.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly, confident and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate willalso be patient and cool-tempered. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

• Place phone calls to potential clients
• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
• Answer potential clients’ questions about our products and services
• Set appointments with prospective customers
• Train other telemarketers when required
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

• 2+ years experience in telemarketing (lead generation preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales a plus
• Excellent phone manner and articulation
• Results-driven and willing to work on salary plus commission basis
• Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
