Position: Head of Sales Geely Auto Brand)
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor benchmarking within the assigned region to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and expand the local distribution network by effectively integrating internal and external resources, including government relations and dealer partnerships.
Establish, monitor, and reinforce annual/monthly sales targets; design and implement localized marketing strategies and business policies to enhance channel effectiveness across key metrics such as sales volume, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee supply chain operations and monitor dealer performance while supporting brand development and service excellence to ensure overall business health.
Lead the rollout of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring all customer feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks across the business lifecycle while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
Serve as the primary brand ambassador for GEELY and act as the key reference point for all sales activities within the region.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably within a dealer network or automotive brand environment.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver on objectives.
Strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Market acuity, entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and resilience.
