Position: Sodexo Defense Sector Business Development Leader
Pursue a full-time opportunity as the Business Development Director for Defense Services with Sodexo in Ontario. Drive new client engagement and nurture valuable partnerships in key markets.

In this role, you will spearhead business development in the Defense, Government, and Corrections sectors, focusing on securing new revenue streams. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience engaging C-Suite executives to effectively advance outbound sales campaigns. Your expertise will ensure profitable transactional sales across mid and large markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing

• Engage leads through diverse communication channels

• Represent Sodexo at business fairs and trade shows

• Close transactional sales via effective engagement

• Participate in relevant team meetings and presentations

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in C-Suite sales environments

• Experience in food services and facilities management

• Advantageous background in Defense and Government

• Ability to respond to complex RFPs

• Strong communication and presentation skills
