Key Responsibilities:
• Build and research targeted customer call sheets
• Document and manage leads from Recruiter Lead Program
• Create customer profiles using tools like Seismic
• Perform outreach and track weekly sales activities
• Partner with teams to uncover lost customer opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military service
• Minimum one year of sales experience or collegiate sales involvement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle setbacks and work collaboratively
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
